A new October festival will combine the best of local ales, beers, and music.
Medway Music Festival 2019 is bringing together The Royal Function Rooms venue in Rochester, Kent, live music & festival organisers Make Some Noise, and awarding-winning Kent pub, The Flower Pot, which will be running a real ale festival bar at the venue alongside the Royal Functions Rooms own bar facilities.
Confirmed breweries at the festival include: Kent Brewery; Fyne Ales; Gadds; Angels & Demons; Tiny Rebel; and Thornbridge.
The event will run in the Main Hall – which is home to England’s second oldest stage and the Billabong Club in the basement of the venue.
Running over three days, 11-13 October, there will be performances from some of Medway and Kent’s key original bands, showcasing the wealth of established and upcoming musical artists in the county.
The venue is located at 12 Star Hill, Rochester, ME1 1XB, a short walk to Rochester Railway Station with late night train services to the rest of Kent and London, and local bus services to the other Medway Towns, Chatham, Gillingham and Maidstone.
