Urban Artifact

The beer selection is one of the most comprehensive yet and ranges in style and ABV from alcohol-free to ‘big and experimental’.   New flavours, ingredients and techniques push the boundaries of creativity and demonstrate the global reputation of America’s small and independent craft brewers.

On show will be ever-popular light and crisp styles, an interesting mix of ‘fruit’ beers (both sour and sweet), a wide selection of hoppy and bitter IPAs in their many iterations, a range of intriguing wild, funky, sour or Belgian styles as well as dark and roasty porters, stouts and barrel-aged ‘big’ hitters. Many of the beer available are award-winning examples of their style from high profile international beer competitions.  There is a style and a flavour to suit every beer or non-beer drinker alike.

Lotte Peplow, Brewers Association’s American Craft Beer Ambassador for Europe, said: “Beer lovers at this year’s London Craft Beer Festival will be fortunate enough to experience an incredible range of flavours and styles that demonstrate the relentless innovation of America’s craft brewers.

“Prepare to be blown away by audacious beers brewed with fresh cucumbers, dill, watermelon or grape, to name but a few.  The assortment of beer reflects current trends in America where lighter styles, fruit-forward beers and IPAs are highly popular and driving demand.

“The UK remains an important export market for American craft beer with 7.3% of all exports, the second largest individual market behind Canada, and we look forward to welcoming beer lovers to our stand.”
