Timothy Taylor’s has rebranded its dark beer Ram Tam as Landlord Dark.

The brewery said with an ever-increasing interest in dark beers, it felt the time was right to introduce Ram Tam to a wider audience.

Ram Tam is brewed to the multi award-winning Landlord Pale Ale recipe but with the addition of caramelised sugars to give a rich yet light and drinkable dark ale. 

Therefore, Timothy Taylor’s selected the new Landlord Dark name to reflect the beer’s true pedigree.

“Drinkers are becoming more experimental, particularly younger legal drinking age ones, and seek choice of beer styles on the bar,” the brewery said.
