Yonder over here

Somerset’s craft brewery Yonder Brewing & Blending has announced the launch of its first seasonal beers for the year.

Raspberry Gose (4.5% ABV) is packed full of British raspberries for a juicy, tart and full bodied banger of a fruit beer. It is brewed with Cornish sea salt for a balanced lick of savoury and soured with Yonder’s Fermhouse cultures for a touch of funk to accentuate the fruit.

Yonder says that its Rosehip Saison (5.2% ABV) is a venture in to the world of a classic style; the saison.

“Compared to our mixed culture offerings this beer has a clean and spritz finish, but still has traces of the funk by which you know us well. The combination of British hops, foraged rosehips and a unique, fruity strain of yeast make this super drinkable, with all the hints you’d expect from a saison; a slight spiciness and almost bread-like flavours from fermentation, plus a super dry finish.”

The two beers will be launched on Thursday 27 February at bars, pubs, and bottle shops across the UK.
